Fabulous location, in the artistic Fitzroy district, with great access to the tram.
Positive: We were blown away. It is like a home out of Architectural Digest. While it is not large the design provides a spacious feel. Large windows and great character. The roof top deck had amazing nighttime views of the city.
Negative: There were no negative issues.
